If you or a loved one was injured by an Amazon delivery vehicle or one of its service partner drivers, you deserve to be compensated for what you’ve been through.
We represent clients throughout California in serious personal injury and wrongful death claims involving commercial delivery vehicles. We identify every liable party, uncover all available insurance coverage, and build aggressive, litigation-ready cases.
You pay no legal fees unless we win your case. If your injuries prevent you from traveling, our team will come to you, whether at home, in the hospital, or via virtual consultation anywhere in California.
Delivery Companies Fight Hard. So Do We.
Amazon runs its deliveries through independent delivery companies, contract drivers, and subcontractors. After a crash, insurance adjusters often try to push responsibility onto the individual driver or a smaller partner company, which makes it harder for injured people to recover what they deserve.
We take on corporate giants like Amazon and their fleet insurers, so you won’t face them alone. Our firm was founded by a former Deputy Public Defender who spent years representing clients in serious felony and misdemeanor cases, so we know how the system works from the inside out.

Amazon Driver or Delivery Partner Driver? How Your Claim Differs
Most people assume the driver who hit them works directly for Amazon. Sometimes that’s true, but many Amazon-branded vans are driven by employees of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), independent companies that contract with Amazon. Which one you’re dealing with changes how your claim is built.
If the driver was employed by Amazon, Amazon is generally responsible for the driver’s negligence while on the job. There is one main company to hold accountable.
If the driver worked for a DSP, the DSP is the driver’s employer and is generally responsible for the driver’s negligence on the job, so the claim typically starts with the DSP, the driver, and the DSP’s insurance. Amazon can also be held responsible in some cases, depending on how much control it had over the driver’s routes, schedules, and work.
If the driver was delivering in a personal vehicle through Amazon Flex, Amazon classifies the driver as an independent contractor and may say it isn’t responsible.
If the vehicle was a large truck hauling Amazon freight, see our trucking accident page.
Whatever the corporate structure surrounding the delivery vehicle may be, you have the right to seek compensation. We’ll work to identify every liable party.
Contacted by an Adjuster or Blamed for the Crash?
Insurance adjusters often contact injured people quickly, hoping to settle before the full extent of the injuries is known. If you haven’t heard from one yet, don’t give a recorded statement or accept an offer until you’ve talked to us. If you already have, don’t assume it’s too late. Call us for a free consultation to discuss your case.
The other side may also try to blame you for the crash. Even if you’re found to be partly at fault, California’s “pure comparative fault” rule still allows you to recover compensation. Your award is reduced by your share of fault, but you aren’t barred from recovering.
Who We Help
We represent drivers and passengers hurt in rear-end collisions, head-on collisions, left-turn crashes, sideswipes, and chain-reaction crashes involving delivery vehicles. We also represent pedestrians struck while crossing the street or walking near a delivery vehicle, and cyclists and motorcyclists, who have little protection in a collision with a van.
We represent people hurt at home, such as customers and neighbors struck by a delivery vehicle in a driveway or on their own street, as well as families who have lost a loved one in a delivery vehicle crash.
These are common situations, but they aren’t the only ones. If yours isn’t listed here, contact us to talk about your case.
Common Injuries in Amazon Delivery Accident Cases
Common serious injuries in delivery vehicle crashes include:
- Traumatic brain injuries, including memory loss and trouble concentrating.
- Spinal injuries, including herniated discs and neck and back injuries that require injections or surgery.
- Broken bones, including fractures that require surgery and long rehabilitation.
- Shoulder tears and nerve damage.
- Chronic pain and reduced mobility.
- Emotional trauma, including anxiety and PTSD.
What You May Recover
Depending on your case, we fight to recover compensation for:
- Medical bills, surgeries, therapy, and future care
- Lost wages and loss of future earning capacity
- Pain, suffering, and emotional distress
- Property damage
- Wrongful death damages for families
The value of a case depends on the seriousness of your injuries, the cost of your care now and in the future, the income you’ve lost, and who was at fault. Delivery cases can also involve more than one responsible company, which can mean more sources of compensation. We’ll talk through all of it with you.
